Live life on the edge!
What does a midnight highway racer, a pot smoker, a fight club member, and a urban base jumper all have in common? They all do what gives them a certain satisfaction in life, against the law or not. I'm not arguing the law here, im just simply debating if laws, like rules, are sometimes meant to be broken if not at the expense to others. Is it ok for a person to do 120 mph on the highway at 2 o'clock in the morning if it doesnt endanger others? Should a person be able to do what he or she loves if it's in small portions? Just here or there or at the whim of the moment? Do you?

It's kinda of said amongst ourselves, "LIVE FAST, DIE YOUNG". To some this holds true only as an excuse, they have to live fast, because if they slowed down their lives and picked apart the problems they're running away from, they would be forced to face their fears.
What it seems to me that you're asking is, should we be allowed our natural born right to freedom even when it seems dangerous?
And that in itself is a very two sided answer kinds of inquiry
Everything in moderation, that is
what I live by
Too much of anything can be harmful
too much candy,
too much xbox,
too much makeup,
too many girlfriends,
too much pot,
too much freedom.
We are the prime example, a society which lives in a so called
"free nation" still has certain laws and penalties that keep it from falling into a perilous anarchism.
I think laws should be changed with every generation, because the mindset and the living situations change with the decades. People shouldn't be forced to accommodate to the needs of written words, words should be spoken by people in order to achieve what they need.
Those kind of things are what make you feel alive. When you are about to do it you don't think about the consequences and what may come next but still you do it and the sense of life at that moment is unexplainable. I'm not talking about just smoking pot or going 120 mph; it's anything that's against common sense because when time passes those are the thing that you think about and realize that you learn from them, you grow from them and they ultimately makes life interesting. If those things are balanced with the rest of your life then go for it.
